Kombuchera’s kombucha was created by a girl with a passion for health and kombucha. It's been a whole lot of of ideas, testing, tasting, explosions, and fun between her and her friends and family that has brought you this product....with love.


What is Kombucha?

Kombucha is a drink that has been crafted and enjoyed for literally hundreds of years! It's made by combining sweetened tea with yeasts and bacteria which then ferment into a totally refreshing, fizzy masterpiece while also naturally forming "gut-friendly" probiotics. It can be enjoyed "plain" or with delicious, fresh fruit juices and spices added in!

Kombucha also packs natural antioxidants and is thought to aid in digestion, strengthening the immune system, and detoxifying the body.

And let's be honest, who doesn't need some of that?!

Natural Ingredients

We strive to source the most natural ingredients available from organic cane sugar, maple syrup, and tea, to homegrown mint leaves. We also use Reverse-Osmosis water which is filtered using ultraviolet sterilizing to remove heavy metals, bacteria, and viruses.

Homemade by hands

Kombuchera Kombucha began with a single gallon of green tea and a scooby in Renee's home kitchen. It's now grown into a local favorite shared by many baltimorians. It's handcrafted in small batches and fermented just long enough to get that awesome kombucha fizziness that we
all love.
