Autumn Sangria
1 bottle Merlot
2-12 oz. bottles Kombuchera Apple Cider Kombucha
1/2 C. Sugar
1/2t. ground cinnamon
1/4t. ground nutmeg
1/4t. ground cloves
2 apples sliced
3 cinnamon sticks
Combine sugar and spices in a bowl
Pour Merlot into a large pot, add sugar and spices, let simmer on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Allow mixture to cool a bit and pour into a pitcher. Chop apples and add them along with the cinnamon sticks to the mixture.
Add Kombuchera Apple Cider Kombucha.
Serve warm or cover and refrigerate overnight.
